The building
Muralha is more intimate than a conventional development: only eight apartments. The original façade tiles are being preserved and restored, so the building keeps its identity. Inside, the specification is contemporary and at the same premium level as Cais.
There is no private garage. Public parking is nearby; residents can apply for a municipal permit.
Two apartments are reserved: a ground-floor T3 at the front and a first-floor T1. Remaining stock includes T1 apartments and T2 / T3 duplexes. Public deeds are planned for the first quarter of 2027. Availability changes; ask for the current plan.
