What cookies and similar technologies we use, and how you control them.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. They let the site remember a choice (such as this one) so you do not have to repeat it. We also use similar storage such as localStorage.
2. How we use them
We use cookies that are strictly necessary and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. On the first visit a banner lets you accept all, choose necessary only, or set preferences. Non-essential cookies never start before that choice.
Before you choose, the site sends a single anonymous audience-measurement signal (the page viewed), with no cookies, no identifiers, and nothing stored in your browser.
If you arrive through a link in one of our emails, this signal also carries the name of that email campaign and, where set, the audience group it was sent to. A chat you open before choosing carries the same two values. Neither identifies you: each is shared by at least ten recipients.
Once you choose (including “Necessary only”), we run basic functional measurement, first-party only: visits, sessions, and operation events such as opening the chat. This stays on our servers. It is not shared for advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Categories

Analytics (optional, with consent)
Enables finer first-party layers such as click and cursor heatmaps. Third-party analytics (for example Google Analytics) are not active today; if we add them later they stay behind this same consent.
Marketing (optional, with consent)
Reserved for future advertising pixels. None are active now.
4. Managing preferences
Change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer, or delete cookies in the browser. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing.
5. Third-party resources
We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). No advertising cookies are set by third parties at this time.
Embedded map
On the Muralha and Cais pages, the Google map loads only when you click "Show the interactive map". From that moment Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Nothing is loaded from Google before you click.
