1. Object and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of huus-portugal.com. By using the site you accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Information only, not a binding offer

Conversations with the chat assistant, whether or not a person joins, exist to answer questions and route enquiries. They are not a binding offer, reservation or advice. Anything discussed in chat is subject to written confirmation.
5. Intellectual property
Brand, logos, text, photographs, video and drone images are owned by HUUS2ATLANTIC or by licensors. Reproduction or reuse needs prior written permission, except personal non-commercial use.
6. Your obligations
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with it, attempt to reach restricted areas, or harvest content by automated means without permission.
7. Third-party links
External links are outside our control. Their content and privacy practices are their responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent Portuguese law allows, we are not liable for loss from use or inability to use the site.
9. Data and cookies
