The building
Cais is designed as a premium residential product. Comfort, technology and design are already resolved: you are not buying a visually attractive kitchen and then upgrading everything afterwards.
Communal terraces are meant to be used, with a barbecue, dining tables, sun loungers and a children’s area. There is no private garage, which is typical this close to the marina. Public parking is nearby; residents can apply for a municipal permit.
Three apartments are sold and three are reserved. Smaller units have seen the strongest interest so far. Public deeds are planned for the first quarter of 2027. Availability changes; ask for the current plan.
